£55 per session · 1 hour
Payment by cash or bank transfer before the session. Cash is always appreciated.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: no charge
Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the session fee
No-shows without notice: 100% of the session fee
In the event of a genuine emergency, please get in touch as soon as possible. Rebecca will always try to be reasonable.
If I need to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, I will let you know as soon as possible. Any fees paid will be carried over and the session rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
Free · 15 minutes
An informal whatsapp voicenote or phone conversation - no obligation, no commitment. A chance to ask questions, and see if working together feels right.
Payment plans and packages can be discussed if a different arrangement would be helpful. Please raise this at the consultation or in your initial enquiry - I will always try to find something that works.
It is recommended to start with weekly sessions as we get to know each other and work towards your goals, when we both feel it is the right time we will extend that time to fortnightly.
Fixed session days and times or flexible booking available to fit your schedule.
Longer sessions may be beneficial in some cases and can be discussed and re-contracted at any time. Longer sessions incur a proportionally larger fee. Please note: sessions finish at the agreed time regardless of late arrival, to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
This varies enormously from person to person. Some people find significant benefit in six to twelve sessions. Others work longer-term. During your free consultation, I will get a sense of what you're bringing and can offer an honest initial view - but there is no pressure and no fixed commitment.
Yes. Everything shared in sessions is confidential. The only exceptions to this are rare and legally defined: if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, a safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult, or a legal requirement to disclose. I will explain this fully in your first session and in the consent form you'll be asked to read and sign.
No. You can get in touch directly - no GP referral is needed. If you have been referred by a GP or another professional, that's welcome too, but it isn't required.
WhatsApp messaging is available with mutual consent, for quick questions or booking. Extended therapeutic conversation between sessions is not offered - both because it blurs important boundaries, and because the session is the space where that work belongs. I may not respond immediately, and anything that comes up between sessions can always be brought to the next one.
I do not offer a crisis or emergency service outside scheduled appointments. If you need urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, call NHS 111, or attend your nearest A&E. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
